I always browse over the NYC section when I go into the drugstore just because its such an inexpensive brand, with so many new things to offer! But no matter what brand Im looking at, I always like to know a little about the product before I spend my money on it! Ive recently been looking for a new mascara that has the full package. By that I mean it will seperate, volumize, and lenghten! On the NYC website, the High Definition mascara seems to do just that, but I'd like to get someone elses opinion? Does it do all that it claims to!?
